Useless in the Rain?

Ask (several times) and you shall receive. Here is my promised Roy/Riza cuteness. While Roy is "useless" in the rain, he can still be a gentleman if a certain 1st Lieutenant gets caught in a downpour while walking home Are your teeth rotting out from all the cuteness yet? Good gooooooood! This is the most ambitious pic I have probably ever done (I've worked on it for practically 2 days strait ), so if you critique, please be nice. And please PLEASE fullview this one, I worked hard on the details dagnabit!
