#86 - Choices. Otherwise titled "Hinamori final gets her act together and kisses that boy!"
I drew this rather spur of the moment last night after a *certain* someone insulted the proud ship SS HitsuHina. I could not let that stand!!! Drawn in pencil, colored in Adobe PS 7 Manga and screen caps for reference. Interesting fact, those really are their skin tones from the anime... Hinamori is really freakin' pale! EDIT: Go here if you are confused about whether Hitsugaya and Hinamori are related (they're not!) [link] Edit the second: Holy crap, I hope this doesn't show up on watch lists again.... |

I think it's a pic to be satisfied with but then that's me
Now if only she would get her act together in the manga, instead of staying an Aizen fangirl.
Beautiful pic, all said and done^^ He looks so shocked XD

But I think their skin tones work against them as far as the semantics of the kiss go. Hitsugaya looks as if he's opening his mouth in an 'o' of astonishment and Hinamori is kissing him somewhere to the left of his mouth.
But really she's sucking his face out.
I think.
Sorry about that long rant about what their pose seems like to me but eh... There's only some much I can say about consistently loving your line and colour work.
Aside from the fact it IS always interesting to see what the colours used in the anime are like.

Warning: My train of thought runs things over.
...however, if I may make a suggestion...? I think the bridge of Hinamori's nose could be reduced.

Fine piece of art here! And Hitsugaya's expression is just so priceless.
